Carry Together

How to play

Share one phone and choose a handle each: coral on the left, green on the right. Hold both to start a three-second countdown. No account or app is required.

Move together

Drag each handle up or down. A level tray keeps the ball steady; a tilted tray makes it roll toward the lower end. If it rolls off either end, the round ends. Movement speed and tilt are capped to make sudden motions more forgiving.

Gates approach from the right. Keep both the tray and the ball inside each opening. The first five seconds give you room to practice. There is no finish line. Gates keep coming. The tray and openings shrink together, gates get closer, and travel speeds up. Widths have minimum limits and speed has a ceiling. The ball also becomes more slippery over time. Keep going until the ball falls or the tray or ball touches a gate.

Gusts, ice and earthquakes

From about 13 seconds, gusts, ice or earthquakes appear one at a time with 2.4 seconds of warning. Gusts push the ball in the arrow direction; ice reduces braking. Earthquakes push the ball in alternating directions. Hazards never overlap. Turn screen shake off above the game if you prefer; this does not change ball physics or scoring. Gently counter-tilt to bring the ball back toward the middle. The same course preserves hazard types and timing. At warning onset, gusts are more likely to blow toward the end nearest the ball. The announced direction then stays fixed. Earlier-version records are not comparable because difficulty has changed.

Take a break safely

Lifting a touch, leaving the page, changing orientation, or resizing the window pauses the round. Grab both handles again to continue after one second. Paused time and the starting or resuming countdown do not count toward your survival time. You can also press Pause below the playfield.

Keyboard or solo

The left player uses W / S; the right player uses ↑ / ↓. Press a key on each side to begin the countdown. Releasing keys leaves the tray where it is. Space pauses or resumes. Some keyboards cannot register certain simultaneous key combinations. On a touch device, you can also try playing alone with two thumbs.

Replay the same path

Retry preserves every gate. Open the home page for a new course. Shared links open the same course version, ready to play. Older v1/v2/v3/v4 links are incompatible with the current rules and open a clearly announced fresh path instead. This is a same-device game, not online multiplayer.

Your score is survival time, displayed to a tenth of a second. Your v5 personal best is saved in this browser, and gates cleared are shown too. All records are calculated locally, self-reported, and unverified; there is no leaderboard. Share the result as text with a link to the same course. A seed reproduces the course, not a recording of someone’s movements.
